摘　　要：介绍一种新型光机电一体化的电能计量仪表的工作原理、该表具有完成总电量及各时段电量累积、最大需量计算、超计划用电报警及超限定功率报警的功能、并能完成月末电能结算、转储电能值、最大需量值计算等。机械测量部分引进瑞士先进技术的电能表机芯．智能处理单元所用关键部件由美国加工。Ｔhe paper introduces the working principle of a new kind of electric energy meter unifying light units. electric units and mechanical 4nits, The meter is competent for accumulating total energy and different periods of time energies. calculating max-power demand. alarming when energy or power exceeds the provided standard. settling accounts of energy consumption monthly. saving the value of energy consumption and max-power demand. et cetera.
