摘 要:运用真菌学、森林病理学与群落生态学的基本研究方法。对红松枝栖真菌群落结构进行研究。经分离培养获得上冠层枝栖真菌 24个属(种);中冠层枝栖真菌 29个属(种);下冠层枝栖真菌 28个属(种)。经调查及组织切片获得下冠层枝栖真菌12个种(包括无性型);获得小枝树栖真菌19属(种)。枝栖真菌群落中种类组成与数量随冠层降低、枝龄增大而增加、兼性寄生真菌种类和数量亦增加。但下冠层中.超过 6年生枝条上.枝栖真菌种类组成随枝龄增加反而减少。其中 Aspergillus sp.1 和Gliocladium种群数量剧增。Using basic methods of mycology. forest pathology and community ecology. dendrocola mycoflora of branches on Korean pine was studied. Through isolating and culturing. 24 genus (species) fungi were obtained from the branches of high story of crown. 29 genus (species) fungi from middle story and 28genus (species) from low story. Through the survey and the slice of tissue. 12 species fungi were obtained from the branches of low story of crown, It is proved that components and quantities of fungi on branches increase with tree crown story decreasing and tree age increasing, especially for facultativeparasites except branches more than 6 years which the composition of species decreases but the quantity of Aspergillus sp. and Gliocladium increase rapidly.
