摘　　要：目的：探讨郑氏正骨手法复位、拇指外展板及粘胶带“8”字形外固定治疗青年男性新鲜闭合性第一掌骨基底关节内骨折的疗效。方法：30例患者均采用郑氏正骨手法复位、拇指外展板及粘胶带“8”字形外固定治疗，并对其临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果：TAM优良率为90．00％，ADL优良率为93．33％，感觉恢复优良率为90．00％。结论：郑氏正骨手法复位、拇指外展板及粘胶带“8”字形外固定治疗青年男性新鲜闭合性第一掌骨基底关节内骨折疗效显著，且具有缩短疗程及减少治疗费用等优势。Objective： To investigate the curative effects of Zheng＇ s manipulative reduction, abduction blocks of thumb and ＂8＂ external fixation with adhesive tape treating young men the fresh closed base of first metacarpal articular fracture. Methods： 30 cases of patients were all treated with Zheng＇ s manipulative reduction, abduction blocks of thumb and ＂8＂ external fixation with adhesive tape, and clinical efficacy was retrospectively an- alyzed. Results： The excellent and good rate of TAM was 90%, ADL and sensation recovery were 93.33% and 90%. Conclusion： Curative effects of Zheng＇ s manipulative reduction, abduction blocks of thumb and ＂8＂ external fixation with adhesive tape treating young men the fresh closed base of first metacarpal articular fracture are remarkable, with advantages in shortening treatment courses, reducing cost and others.
