摘　　要：推拿拿法中的拿肩井在临床中有很重要的作用，但因肩井的位置特殊，属足少阳胆经，系手少阳、足少阳、足阳明与阳维脉之会，其操作方法与其他部位的拿法有所不同。本文将总结拿肩井的操作方法及其作用，以供临床参考。The grasping Jianjing in grasping manipulation has very important clinical effect, but because Jianjing＆#39;s special location, and belongs to gall bladder meridian of foot-shaoyang, associates with hand-shaoyang, foot-shaoyang, foot-yangming and yangwei meridian, so the operation of grasping Jianjing would be different from other locations. This article would summarize the operation and effect of grasping Jianjing, in order to pro-vide some clinical reference.
