后溪透刺合谷治疗急性腰扭伤36例

摘　　要：目的：探讨后溪透刺合谷治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法：将67例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用后溪透刺合谷治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率高于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）；两组总有效率比较无显著性差异（P＆gt;0.05）。结论：两种治疗方法总体疗效相当，但后溪透刺合谷在治愈率方面更优，具有取穴少、见效快、疗程短等特点。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of penetration pinpricking Houxi and Hegu for acute lumbar sprain. Methods：67 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by penetration pinpricking Houxi and Hegu, while the control group by conventional acupuncture, then compared the efficacy of two groups. Results：The cured rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P＆lt;0.05）;the total effecitve rate of two groups showed no significant difference （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：The overall efficacy of two groups are equivalent, but the cured rate of penetration pinpricking Houxi and Hegu is better, which has characteristics like less acupoints, fast ef-fect and short course.
