针刺配合雾化治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察针刺配合雾化治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将102例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用针刺配合雾化治疗，对照组单纯采用雾化治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＆lt;0.05），疗程短于对照组（P＆lt;0.01）；两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论：针刺能有效强化雾化治疗的疗效，针刺配合雾化治疗可在短期内缓解症状，缩短疗程，促进后期康复。Objective：To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with nebulization therapy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods：102 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group used the treatment of acupuncture combined with nebulization therapy, while the control only used nebulization therapy, then compared the efficacy of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （P＆lt;0.05）, the course of treatment was shorter than that of control group （P＆lt;0.01）;patients in both groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion：Acupuncture can effectively enhance the effect of nebulization therapy, acupuncture combined with nebulization therapy can relieve symptoms in short term, shorten the course of treatment, and improve post-rehabilitation.
