针药结合治疗脑卒中后早期肩手综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察针药结合治疗脑卒中后早期肩手综合征的疗效。方法：将82例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针刺配合中药治疗，对照组单纯采用针刺治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.86%，高于对照组的82.50%（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：针药结合治疗脑卒中后早期肩手综合征的疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective： To observe the curative effects of acupuncture combined with medicine treating early shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods：82 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group treated with acupuncture and Chinese medi-cine, control group with acupuncture only, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.86%, higher than that of control group by 82.50%（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effects of acupuncture combined with medicine are better than those of acupuncture only treating early shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
