摘  要:某污水处理项目包括2座3 500 m3/d的集成式污水处理站、1座2 000 m3/d的污水提升泵站及配套管道工程,总投资约3 600万元。该工程采用混凝沉淀/氧化沟/MBR组合工艺,出水经紫外消毒后就近排入景观河道。介绍了工艺流程、设计参数、设备配置、调试运行情况等。调试运行期间出水COD<50 mg/L、SS<1 mg/L、NH3-N<3 mg/L、TP<0.3 mg/L,满足设计要求。A sewage treatment project with total engineering investment of 36 million yuan includes two integrated sewage treatment stations with the design capacity of 3 500 m3/d, a lift pumping station with the design capacity of 2 000 m3/d and sewage pipeline. With coagulation sedimentation, oxidation ditch and MBR combination process treatment, the effluent after ultraviolet disinfection drained into the nearest landscape river. The process flow, design parameters, equipment allocation and commissioning operation were introduced. The commissioning operation results showed that the effluent concentrations of COD, SS, NH3 - N and TP were below 50 mg/L, 1 mg/L, 3 mg/L and 0.3 mg/L, and the design requirement was met.
