摘  要:针对现行印染废水处理工艺污泥产量大和能耗高等问题,设计了以UASB反应器+三段好氧池为主体的印染废水处理工艺。运行结果表明,平均污泥产量及能耗分别为1 283 g/m3与0.45 kW·h/m3,与其他印染废水处理工艺相比,该工艺具有污泥产量低、能耗低等特点,出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。A printing and dyeing wastewater process composed of UASB and three-stage aerobic tank was designed to resolve the problems of high sludge yield and high energy consumption in the existing wastewater treatment process. The operation results showed that the average sludge yield and energy consumption were 1 283 g/m3 and 0.45 kW . h/m3. This combined process had an advantage over other printing and dyeing wastewater treatment processes in sludge yield and energy consumption. The effluent quality exceeded the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
