摘  要:针对水厂中置式高密度沉淀池运行不稳定、投药量偏大、出水浊度偏高等问题,进行了中置式高密度沉淀池排泥与污泥回流系统的改造,取消了原集泥沟中的刮泥设备,改为气提装置排泥,并在高密度沉淀池外侧设置了储泥罐,污泥经回流泵回流;采用流量仪、投入式污泥浓度计检测回流污泥,且污泥回流点由单一的总管投加改至两根DN100分管投加,同时在每根回流污泥分管上安装污泥流量计及阀门,以有效地控制高密度沉淀池运行。改造完成后的生产性调试和优化研究表明,通过提高回流污泥浓度,增大絮凝区污泥浓度,能够有效降低高密度沉淀池出水浊度,控制絮凝区污泥浓度为400~500mg/L,中置式高密度沉淀池出水浊度能够确保在1NTU以下,单池处理水量最高可达3700m3/h,超过设计负荷20%。In view of unstable operation, high chemical dosage and high effluent turbidity of the intermediate high-density sedimentation tank in a waterworks, the original sludge scraper was changed into airlift device, the sludge storage tank was added outside of the high-density sedimentation tank, and the sludge was returned by pump. The flow meter and E + H throw-in type sludge concentration meter was used to test return sludge, and the single main pipe was replaced by two DN100 sub-pipes at the sludge return point. Sludge flow meters and valves were installed on the sub-pipes to control the operation of in- termediate high-density sedimentation tank. The commissioning and optimization results showed that the effluent turbidity could be effectively reduced by increasing the concentration of return sludge and SS of flocculation zone. The effluent turbidity of high-density sedimentation tank was below 1 NTU by controlling SS of flocculation zone in the range of 400 mg/L to 500 mg/L, and the maximum flow rate of 3 700 m3/h and more than 20% of the design load could be achieved.
