摘  要:昆山市某A2/O工艺污水厂在2012年11月—2013年1月出现大量生物泡沫,且SV30高达70%~90%,二沉池伴有浮泥现象。通过分析认为是由发泡微生物过量生长所致。在控制过程中,采用加大剩余污泥排放量以缩短泥龄的方法效果不明显,而投加Kemira B-81药剂可显著减少生物泡沫,但停药后有复发现象。实践证明,投加化学药剂应注意投加点及投加量,以免对活性污泥产生负面影响。From November 2012 to January 2013, a lot of biological foam occurred, SV30 was up to 70% to 90% , and there was floating sludge in secondary sedimentation tank at a WWTP using A2/O process. The analysis found that it was caused by excessive growth of foaming microorganisms. In the control process, no significant effect was observed by increasing the discharge of excess sludge to shorten the sludge age, while adding the chemical Kemira B-81 could significantly reduce the biological foam, but it recurred after stopping addition. The adding point and dosage of the chemical should be considered to avoid negative effects on activated sludge.
