摘 要:随着城市化的进展,城市建筑密度和道路负荷日益增大,地下管道交错复杂,采用开挖后重新埋管的方法修复排水管道,成本越来越高,且易引发各种工程技术问题。排水管道非开挖修复技术作为近年来发展的高新技术,可以有效地节约成本,具有减小交通和环境影响等一系列优点而受到行业管理部门的重视。介绍了排水管道非开挖修复技术中最典型的软衬法管道修复技术(CIPP)的原理、优点及施工方法,重点介绍了该技术设计参数的选择并通过实际工程验证了该设计方法的正确性,为以后同类项目的设计提供了一些经验和建议。With the development of urbanization, building density and road load are increasingly large, underground pipeline networks are also very complex, the cost of burying a new pipe in the same place to replace urban sewer is increasingly high, and this method may cause various engineering problems. Trenchless rehabilitation technology is favored by the industry management department, because of its advantages such as low cost and lesser traffic and environmental impact. The technical principle, advantages and construction methods of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) which is the typical trenchless rehabilitation technology were introduced. The selection of design parameters was emphasized, and the validity of the design method was verified by a practical engineering. Some experience and suggestions were provided for same projects in future.
