摘  要:Lr34是目前应用最广泛的慢锈基因,慢锈基因的利用是实现持久抗病性的方法之一。为明确我国小麦品种含有Lr34的信息,利用csLv34标记检测了46个小麦育种资源中Lr34的分布情况,并对46个小麦育种资源进行了田间成株期抗叶锈性鉴定。分子检测表明,在46个小麦品种中有7个品种含有Lr34基因(分布率为15.2%),含有Lr34基因的品种成株期抗叶锈性较强,虽然有些品种的侵染型为3~4,但严重程度较低。Lr34 is the most widely used slow-rusting resistance gene at present, and using slow-rusting resistance gene is one of the methods to achieve lasting resistance. In order to understand the informa- tion on wheat varieties containing Lr34, csLv34 marker of Lr34 was used to examine the distribution of Lr34 in 46 wheat varieties used in China. Their adult leaf rust resistances of the 46 wheat accessions was also surveyed in the field. The molecular marker detection results showed that seven of the 46 wheat varieties contained Lr34 with distribution rate of 15.2%, showed Lr34 occupied a certain pro- portion in Chinese wheat breeding resources. The varieties containingLr34 gene showed strong resist- ance to leaf rust at adult stage. Although the infection types of some varieties were 3-4, the serious degree of wheat leaf rust of them was lower relatively.
