摘  要:用黑麦(Secale cereale L.)Kustro与普通小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)绵阳11杂交,获得了小麦-黑麦双二倍体材料MK-25,再用小麦品种绵阳11和川农27与MK-25回交,从回交后代中获得了6R单体附加系、6RL端体附加系及来源于6R单体附加系的小片段渐渗系,且这些附加系和小片段渐渗系都表现出了对白粉病免疫的特性。研究结果表明,来自Kustro的6RL染色体臂上带有白粉病抗性基因,该基因已渐渗入小麦遗传背景中,且能在不同小麦背景中正常表达。因来自Kustro的白粉病抗性基因在前人的研究中尚未见报道,推测该基因可能为新的等位基因。Wheat-rye amphiploid MK-25 was derived from common wheat T. aestivum L. Mianyang11 X rye S. cereale L. Kustro. Some progeny were obtained by controlled backcrossing of MK-25 with Mianyang 11 and common wheat cultivar Chuannong 27, respectively. Wheat-rye 6R monosomic addi- tion line and 6RL telosomic addition lines that displayed immune to powdery mildew were obtained from these progeny. A small segment introgression line that also exhibited immune to powdery mil- dew was detected from the selfed progeny of a 6R monosomic addition line. These results indicated that the 6RL arm of Kustro contained resistant gene to powdery mildew, this gene had already been introgressed into wheat background and it could be expressed in different wheat genetic backgrounds. It was inferred that the resistant gene to powdery mildew might be a new allele because this gene on 6R chromosome of Kustro had not been reported previously.
