摘　　要：抗抑郁新药左旋米那普仑为5羟色胺-去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂,于2013年7月26日由美国食品和药品管理局(FDA)批准上市,用于治疗成人重性抑郁障碍。临床研究表明,左旋米那普仑治疗重性抑郁症的疗效优于安慰剂组,主要不良反应有头痛、恶心、便秘、口干、心率加快和多汗。本文对左旋米那普仑的药理学、药动学、临床评价和安全性等进行介绍。Levomilnacipran, a new type antidepressant, is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibi- tor （SNRI）. It was approved by the FDA for the treatment of major depressive disorder （MDD） in adults in July 26, 2013. In clinical studies, the efficacy of levomilnacipran for the treatment of major depressive disorder demon- strated superiority over placebo in the improvement of depressive symptoms. The most common adverse reactions of levomilnacipran are headache, nausea, constipation, dry mouth, increased heart rate, and hyperhidrosis. The pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, clinical evaluation and safety of levomilnacipran were reviewed in this paper.
