摘 要:目的:调研蛇足石杉不同生长阶段植株中石杉碱甲含量的区域差异,探讨生境因子对石杉碱甲含量的影响。方法:调查江西修水县、贵州岑巩县、广西那坡县和重庆石柱县等4个样地的生境因子,采集样地中不同生长阶段的野生蛇足石杉植株材料(简称:材料),并用HPLC法测定其中的石杉碱甲含量。结果:①不同生长阶段材料中的石杉碱甲含量比较:幼苗>幼株>成株(江西、重庆样地),幼株>幼苗>成株(贵州、广西样地)。②相同生长阶段不同样地材料中的石杉碱甲含量比较:幼苗期:4样地无明显差异;幼株期:贵州样地最高,其他3样地差异不显著;成株期:贵州样地最高,重庆其次,江西和广西样地差异不显著。③不同样地各生长阶段材料中石杉碱甲含量均值比较:贵州样地最高为6.6,重庆样地其次为5.42,广西和江西最低分别为4.83,4.47。④石杉碱甲含量与生境因子的关系:含量与年降雨量呈负相关关系,与海拔高度、年平均气温等无明显相关性。结论:①蛇足石杉幼苗和幼株中石杉碱甲平均含量均显著高于成株,不同样地之间平均含量存在显著差异。②生境因子严重影响蛇足石杉材料中石杉碱甲含量,其中较多的降雨不利于石杉碱甲的积累。Objective: To learn the differences of the contents of huperzine A in Huperzia serrata from four plots, and ravel the correlations between the contents and the habitat factors. Methods: The habitat factors of four plots, Xiushui country of Jiangxi province (JX), Chengong country of Guizhou province (GZ), Napo country of Guangxi province (GX) and Shizhu country of Chongqing province (CQ), were collected by ecological survey. The raw materials of Huperzia serrata were gathered in these plots, and the contents of huperzine A were detected by HPLC method. Results: ① The order of huperzine A contents in JX and CQ plots was seedlings 〉 young plants 〉 adult plants. In other plots, the order is young plants 〉 seedlings 〉 adult plants. ②As for the contents of huperzine A in plants with same growth stages, there were no significant differences for seedlings in four plots. However, the content was highest for young plants in GZ plot. The order of contents in adult plants was GZ 〉 CQ 〉 JX = GX.③ The mean content of huperzine A in GZ plot was highest in four plots and the value was 6.60‰. That in CQ plot was the secondary and the value was 5.42‰. The lowest was in GX and JX plots and they were 4.83‰ and 4. 47‰. ④ The annual precipitation made negative correlations with the contents of huperzine A, but there were no significant correlations between the contents and mean annual temperature or altitude of plots. Conclusion: ① The contents of huperzine A in seedlings or young plants are higher than that in adult plants. There are significant differences for the mean contents in four plots. ② The accumulation of huperzine A in plant is influenced by the habitat factors and is prevented by the precipitation.
