摘  要:为满足造纸行业清洁生产的要求,河南银鸽实业投资股份有限公司第一生产基地漂白工艺由原来的CEPH四段漂白改为ECF漂白工艺,用二氧化氯和过氧化氢代替氯气和次氯酸盐漂白。经过技改后全厂可减少废水排放91.97 t·a-1,BOD5 8.74 t·a-1,COD 81.6 t·a-1,SS 14.07 t·a-1;减少新鲜水用量2740 m3·d-1,每年处理废水可节约电费422.36万元,污水处理费275.91万元,经济效益和环境效益显著,技改工程达到了预期目的。To satisfy cleaner production's demands for papermaking enterprise, in the first production base of Henan Yinge Industrial Investment Co., the CEPH four stages bleaching process was improved to DoEopD1 element chlorine free bleaching process, in which chlorine dioxide and hydrogen peroxide bleaching substituted for chlorine and hypochlorite bleaching. After technical reform, the enterprise can realize environmental benefits that wastewater emissions decrease of 919 700 t·a^-1, BODs reduction of 8.74 t·a^-1, COD of 81.6 t·a^-1, S S of 14.07 t·a^-1, and economic benefits which can reduce fresh water amount of 2740 m3·d-1, save cost of 6850 yuan every day, and the electricity charge ofwastewater treatment 4.2236 million yuan, it can also save the cost ofwastewater treatment 2.7591 million yuan every year. The economic and environmental benefits are quite significant. The technical reform engineering reached the expected goal.
