摘　　要：介绍高速复卷机系统结构和工作原理,以及电控系统设计数据和要求。为实现复卷机高精度、高速度和高效率的运行要求,通过对系统的电气配置方案,硬件设计和PLC软件编程思想的详细分析与设计,实现了机械及电气所提出的控制要求。通过合理设计,这种全直流控制的高速复卷机电控系统完全符合实际控制的需要,取得了满意的控制效果。The structure and working principle of high speed rewinder system and electric control system design data and requirements were introduced. In order to achieve high accuracy, high speed and high efficiency operation requirements of the rewinder, through the system electrical configuration scheme, hardware design and PLC software design, the control requirements of the mechanical and electrical were realized. Through reasonable design, the full DC control rewinder drive system fully met the need of actual control. It has obtained the satisfactory control effect.
