摘 要:对消化苛化同时进行(即石灰与绿液直接反应制备白液)的传统苛化工艺进行改良,即采用氢氧化钙加入到绿液中的方法,探讨绿液温度、反应时间、绿液浓度及初始苛化度对白泥碳酸钙形态结构的影响。实验结果表明:低温条件下(60℃)反应30 min、60 min时均有少许纺锤状碳酸钙出现,随着反应时间的延长纺锤状逐渐不明显。反应温度升高,白泥碳酸钙的长径比减小,且形态变为米粒状。高温(100℃)反应时绿液初始苛化度及绿液浓度对白泥碳酸钙的形态影响不大(均为米粒状),绿液初始苛化度越大,白泥碳酸钙的粒径越大,且粒子分散性能越好,而绿液浓度对粒径大小影响较小。采用改良工艺较传统工艺(减少消化对苛化的干扰)所得的白泥碳酸钙的形态规整且粒径分布均匀。The traditional causticizing process were modified by the methods that calcium hydroxide was added to the green liquor. The effect of the concentration and temperature of the green liquid, the reaction time and the initial causticizing degree on the morphology of calcium carbonate were studied. The results showed that under the condition of the low temperature (40℃, 60℃) a few spindle-like calcium carbonate is produced when the reaction time is 30 min and 60 min. As the reaction was carried on, the length to diameter ratio of the calcium carbonate became smaller, there were still a little spindle-like but irregular calcium carbonate after reacting for 90 min. The length to diameter ratio of the calcium carbonate became lower and the morphology of calcium carbonate gradually became the rice-like as the temperature increased. At the high temperature (100℃) the morphology of calcium carbonate both were rice-like whether at the different initial causticizing of the green liquid or the different green liquor concentration. The greater the initial causticizing, the bigger particle size of calcium carbonate. The calcium carbonate with the uniform particle size distribution and the regular crystal shape were made from modified method.
