棉浆在过滤纸生产上的应用

摘　　要：与单独使用木浆相对比,分析了配抄棉浆滤纸手抄片的过滤性能和强度性能。结果表明,在不同的浆处理方式下,添加棉浆后,纸页的透气度、滤水速度、抗张强度、耐破度、湿抗张强度等指标均较好。因此,棉浆用于过滤纸生产,可提高产品质量。Compared with the single use of wood pulp, the filtration performance and wet strength of handsheets was analysed, which were made with wood and cotton pulp. The results showed that with all the pulps were treated in different ways, the air permeability, filtering rate, tensile breaking strength, bursting strength, wet tensile strength of the handpapers added cotton pulp were better. Thetefore, the cotton pulp could improve the quality of products, which was applicated to the production of filter paper.
