摘　　要：为了筛选出影响造纸法再造烟片(PRT)物理特性的关键指标,综合差异性分析和因子分析方法,对国内外41个造纸法再造烟片产品的7个物理指标进行测定。差异性分析结果显示:国内产品定量平均值小于国外产品,填充值平均值略高于国外产品,抗张强度平均值高于国外产品;国内外产品在定量、厚度、填充值和抗张强度平均值指标存在显著差异;并在差异性分析基础上进行因子分析。结果表明:定量、填充值、抗张强度和厚度这4个物理指标可以表征原始因子的绝大部分信息,说明这4个指标是影响PRT产品物理性质的关键指标,我国PRT生产企业在这4个指标上要加大改进力度,以提高产品的物理加工性能。目前国内产品物理指标与国外差异影响因素主要是工艺技术(尤其是制浆工艺、压榨、干燥)、设备和质量控制水平。To screen the key factors that influence the physical characteristic of paper-process reconstituted tobacco （PRT）, seven physical indexes in forty one domestic and foreign reconstituted tobacco products were determined and analyzed with difference analysis and factor analysis method. The results of difference analysis showed that the means of grammage of the foreign PRT products were higher than domestic products, and the means of filling value and tensile strength of the domestic PRT products were higher than foreign products, there is a remarkable difference in the means of grammage, thickness, filling value and tensile strength. The factor analysis showed that four physical indexes such as grammage, thickness, filling value and tensile strength can representative the most information of the original factors, which indicate that the four indexes are the key factors that affect the physical characteristic of PRT, so the PRT companies should improve product quality from the four aspects. The factors that currently lead to the difference between domestic and foreign company are mainly process technology （especially pulping, pressing and drying）, equipment and level of quality control.
