摘  要:为了显著提高纸张防水防油性能,采用无皂乳液聚合法,以全氟烷基酯(FEA)为功能单体,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为自交联单体,制备了自交联氟碳聚丙烯酸酯表面施胶剂。详细讨论了全氟烷基单体和交联单体对乳液粒径和膜吸水率的影响,同时采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、X射线衍射(XRD)和接触角(CA)等测试手段对其性能和应用效果进行了研究。结果表明:当全氟烷基单体用量为38%,交联单体用量为1.6%,表面施胶剂用量仅0.2%时,纸张水接触角可达138°,液体石蜡接触角可达122.7°,并具有较好的应用性能。In order to significantly improve the water and oil repellency of paper, the self-crosslinking fluorocarbon polyacrylate surface sizing agent was prepared using perfluoroalkyl acrylate (FEA) as functional monomer, and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as self-crosslinking monomer by soap-free emulsion copolymerization. The effect of functional monomer and self-crosslinking monomer on emulsion particle size and film water absorption were discussed, and the performance and application effect were studied by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), contact angle (CA) and so on. The results showed that as the condition of FEA dosage is 38%, HEA dosage is 1.6%, and the dosage of surface sizing agent is 0.2%, the water contact angle is up to 138°, the liquid paraffin contact angle is up to 122.7°, and it had good general application performance.
