摘  要:以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL1000)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、全氟烷基丙烯酸酯(FM)和2,2-二羟基甲基丁酸(DMBA)为反应单体,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、己二酰肼(ADH)和双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用原位乳液聚合法,合成多重交联水性含氟聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液(FPUA)。通过红外光谱分析、热失重分析、接触角测定等对FPUA进行表征。结果表明,有机氟链段成功地接枝到聚合物上,乳液在常温成膜时发生交联;引入有机氟和交联改性都使得聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)热稳定性提高;当含氟量达到8%,交联剂使用量达到0.25%,达到优异的防水效果,水接触角达到119.19°。Waterborne multi-crosslinking fluorinated polyurethane-acrylate compounded emulsion (FPUA) was synthesized by the way of emulsion polymerization in situ, with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polycaprolactone glycol (PCL1000), trimethylolpropane (TMP), butyl acrylate (BA), tetrahydroper fluorodecylacrylate (FM), dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA). Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), adipic dihydrazide (ADH) and diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) acted as crosslinldng agents. The reaction was neutralized by triethylamine (TEA) and initiated by potassium persulfate (KPS). FPUA was characterized by means of FT-IR, TG and contact angle measurement. The results showed that FM is successfully grafed with PUA, and PUA is normal temperature self-crosslinked. Introduction of FM and crosslinking modification can both improve thermal performance capabilities of PUA. When the fluorine content is 8% and the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.25%, excellent waterproof effect is observed and water contact angle is up to 119.19°.
