图书馆SoLoMo服务理论基础探寻与对策选择——基于用户参与视角

摘　　要：移动互联网时代,SoLoMo已成为图书馆服务创新的生长点。用户参与视角下,图书馆需要从社群信息学理论、社会资本理论及用户使用与满足理论等方面寻求SoLoMo服务的理论支撑,以保持其可持续健康发展。图书馆界应运用这些理论指导图书馆服务实践,通过培养移动信息素养技能、赚取图书馆社会资本、识别领先用户,培育社交群体、鼓励用户生成内容,增强用户体验,保护用户信息隐私,尊重知识产权等策略,鼓励用户参与图书馆SoLoMo服务。参考文献30。In the era of mobile internet, SoLoMo has become the growing point of library innovation service. From the perspective of user participation, the library service needs to explore some certain theoretical foundation from the community informatics theory, the social capital theory, and user and gratifications theory, to maintain its sustainable and healthy development. Libraries should apply the theories to guide the library services, by cultivating mobile information literacy skills, making the library social capital, identifying the lead users and fostering communities, encouraging user-generated content and enhancing the user experiences, and protecting the users＇ privacies and respecting intellectual property, to encourage users to participate in the library SoLoMo services.
