摘　　要：与个人用户相比,机构用户有其明确的信息需求和用户个性,多为长期连续性的用户,文献信息需求量也相对较大。国家图书馆的机构用户可分为立法决策用户、企业用户和行业用户。国家图书馆通过部委分馆建设,构建立法决策服务平台,针对中央国家机关这一特殊机构用户,开展文献信息服务,取得了良好的效果。参考文献4。Compared with individual users, institutional users have their clear information needs and individuality. In addition, institutional users are most long-term continuity users and there is a great demand for literature and information. The institutional users of the National Library of China, can be divided into legislative users, business users and library users. Through constructing ministry branch libraries, the National Library of China built legislative service platform and provides greater literature and information services for legislative users. These services achieved good results.
