摘　　要：温州市图书馆于2012年元旦推出"儿童知识银行"未成年人阅读推广项目,经过一年半时间的实施发展,在项目设计、网络建设、多方整合及经费筹措四个方面适时进行调整,运行模式有了较大的改进,并获得了显著成效。表1。参考文献3。Children＇ s Knowledge Bank is a reading promotion program for children started by Wenzhou Library since the first day of 2012. It has been improved in its operation mode and become a success. This paper discusses four changes during this period, i. e. , the program adjustment, internet construction, resource integration and fund raising, and also makes an analysis on the reason of success and its future development.
