摘　　要：目的 :研究快速血糖尿酸仪的临床应用价值。方法 :采用5DU-1型快速血糖血尿酸测试仪及Roche MODULAR P型全自动生化分析仪分别检测血尿酸,测得的数据进行统计学成对TTEST检验和相关性分析。结果 :以全自动生化分析仪测量血尿酸的结果为自变量,以5DU-1型快速血糖血尿酸测试仪检测结果为因变量做图,并进行回归及线性相关性分析,并对试验结果进行成对TTEST检验,测定值之间的回归方程为:Y=0.9024X+1.2163,具有良好的相关性,R2=0.9634(r=0.981),使用成对TTEST检验,计算得出P=0.702,说明两种方法无显著性差异。结论 :快速血糖血尿酸测试仪测试结果准确,具有取样方便,操作简易,随到随检,自我检测的优点。但血尿酸快速测试仪单位消耗材料成本高,试剂线性范围小。电磁辐射如微波炉、手机可能会影响仪器的准确性,个人用户家庭使用时要有所规避。Objective： To research the clinical application value of the fast blood glucose blood uric acid instrument （FBGBUAI）. Methods： Used 5DU-1 series FBGBUAI and Roche MODULAR P series AA to test blood uric acid respectively. The measured data were compared by paired T test and correlation analysis. Results： Put the results of blood uric acid measured by automatic biochemical analyzer （ABA） as independent variables, the results measured by 5DU-1 series FBGBUAI as dependent variables to draw graphics, and then made curve regression and linear correlation analysis. Compared the results by paired T test. The linear regression equation between the measured results was： Y=O.9024X＋I.2163, the linear relationship was good, R2 = 0.9634（r = 0.981）. The paired T test result showed that P = 0.702, which indicated that the results measured by these two methods had no significant difference. Conclusion： The 5DU-1 series FBGBUAI can test blood uric acid accurately, it＇s convenient to get the sample, and the operation is easy, and we can test it anywhere and anytime, and test by ourselves. Although it has so much advantages, it has some electronic instrument inherent shortcoming, the electromagnetic radiation such as microwave ovens, mobile phones may affect the accuracy of the instrument, So individual user family should avoid the infection when used it.
