摘 要:试验在盆栽条件下进行 ,研究表明 ,硒和硫对烟草中磷吸收和积累的影响随烟草生育期及不同生长器官而异 ,前期烟草地上部分磷的含量随施硒和施硫的增加而增多 ,硒、硫对磷含量表现出协同作用。成熟烟叶中磷含量在不施硫时随施硒的增加而增多 ;施硫时 ,硒则降低烟叶的磷含量 ,硒、硫对烟叶中磷的积累表现出颉颃作用。前期烟草中磷和硫及硒的积累量相互间存在显著正相关性 ,成熟烟叶中硫与烟茎的磷含量呈显著的负相关。The research was carried out in pot experiment and the results showed that the influence of selenium and sulfur on the uptake and accumulation of P changed with the growth period and organs of tobacco. P contents in leaves and stalk at early stage increased with the increase of selenium and sulfur addition.There was synergistic interaction between selenium and sulfur on P contents.In the absence of added SO 4 2 ,phosphorus contents of mature tobacco leaves were increased with increase of SeO 3 2 , while in the presence of added SO 4 2 ,P contents in tobacco leaves were decreased with the additions of SeO 3 2 .There were antagonistic interaction between SeO 3 2 and SO 4 2 in the distribution of P in tobacco leaves.Significantly positive correlations between the accumulation of P,S and Se in tobacco,and negative correlation between S content in the leaves and P content in stalk at mature stage were found.
