摘　　要：文章在统计分析国外政府知识管理研究成果简况的基础上,从政府知识管理的作用、政府知识管理框架模型、政府知识管理实践应用三方面总结了国外政府知识管理理论研究现状,并进行简要评述。Based on a statistical analysis of the research results on the government knowledge management abroad, the paper sums up the current status of theoretical study on it from the aspects of its roles, frameworks and models, and practical application, and provides a brief commentary on it.
