摘　　要：介绍了大学城图书馆的现状,对大学城共享系统在管理机制、资金、文献信息资源建设、馆际互借方面存在的问题进行了分析。建立有力的行政领导机构,强化行政领导职能;拓展资金来源,建立合理的经费支撑体系;建立利益平衡机制,开展协调采购,减少信息资源重复建设;加强读者宣传和引入第三方物流是解决共享系统存在问题的良策。This paper introduces current situation of libraries in university town, analyzes the problems of cooperation system in it from the aspects of management rules, financial support, construction of literature resource and interlibrary loan. It is a good policy for sharing system such as building powerful administration system, strengthening leaders duty, developing financial resource, balancing all benefits, coordinating library purchases, reducing repeated construction, promoting publicity and attracting third-part logistics.
