摘　　要：图书馆是一个有机的整体,从资源采访、入藏到最终的读者服务,每一个环节都离不开学科服务。图书馆只有从资源布局、服务体系和管理体制等方面进行彻底变革,将学科服务贯穿到信息输入、输出的每一个环节,构建多位一体的学科服务体系,才能充分发挥馆藏资源和学科馆员的作用,满足读者的学科信息资源需求。The library is an organic whole. From resource selection, collections adding to final reader service, no links can work without subject service. A library can only reform in resource distribution, service and administration system as well as structure subject service system by putting subject service into every link of information in-out to fully use library＇s resource and subject librarians so that it can meet readers＇ need of subject information resource.
