红光照射联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨红光照射联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及安全性.方法 将2010-05~2012-05间经我科确诊为带状疱疹的78例患者随机分为两组,红光治疗组与对照组,每组各39例,两组均给予皮肤专科护理及伐昔洛韦等药物治疗,红光治疗组在以上治疗的基础上给予红光照射,7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效、平均止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛基本缓解时间、痊愈时间,及不良反应发生情况等.结果 对照组总有效率64.1%,红光治疗组总有效率87.2%,两组痊愈率及总有效率比较,有显著性差异（χ2=7.39,P=0.007＜0.05; χ2=5.64,P=0.018＜0.05）.对照组平均止疱时间（3.5±1.5）d,结痂时间（4.1±1.0）d,疼痛基本缓解时间（7.5±1.7）d,痊愈时间（12.2±1.5）d;红光治疗组平均止疱时间（2.0±0.9）d,结痂时间（3.3±1.5）d,疼痛基本缓解时间（5.0±1.2）d,痊愈时间（8.4±2.3）d.两组平均止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛基本缓解时间及痊愈时间比较,有显著性差异（t=5.016,t=2.879,t=7.45,t=8.703,P=0.000＜0.05）,即红光治疗组在平均止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛基本缓解时间及痊愈时间比对照组明显缩短.结论 红光照射联合药物治疗带状疱疹,可缩短病程和快速减轻临床症状,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of red light irradiation combined with famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 78 patients with herpes zoster were randomly assigned into two groups with the treatment of red light irradiation combined with fameiclovir therapy and normal drug therapy respectively from May 2010 to May 2012 in the hospital. The two groups were treated with skin routine care. The clinical symptom relief rate, the average herpes stopping time, the average crusting time, the pain relief time, the average recovery time and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptom relief rate of red light irradiation combined with famciclovir therapy group is 87.2% and that of normal drug group is 64. 1%. There are significant differences between the two groups about the clinical symptom relief rate and rate of recovery （χ^2 = 7. 39, P = 0. 007 〈 0. 05 ; χ^2 = 5.64, P = 0. 018 〈 0. 05 ）. The average herpes stopping time, the average crusting time, the pain relief time, the average recovery time of the control group are （3.5 ± 1.5）d, （ 4. 1± 1.0）d, （ 7. 5 ± 1.7）d, （ 12. 2 ± 1.5）d and that of red light irradiation combined with fameiclovir therapy group are （2. 0 ± 0. 9） d, （ 3.3 ± 1.5 ） d, （ 5.0 - 1.2） d, （ 8.4 ± 2. 3 ） d respectively. The differences of the average herpes stopping time, the average time to crusting, the pain relief time, and the average recovery time are significant different between the two groups （t = 5. 016, t = 2. 879, t = 7.45, t = 8. 703, P = 0. 000 〈 0. 05 ）. The average herpes stopping time, the average crusting time, the pain relief time, the average recovery time of famciclovir therapy group reduce significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion Red light irradiation combined with drugs in the treatment of herpes zoster can shorten the course of disease and rapidly relieve clinical symptoms, and it is a safe, effective therapy method.
