摘 要:目的:研究分别静脉注射丙泊酚、氯胺酮对大鼠中潜伏期听觉诱发电位(mid-latency auditory evoked potential,MLAEP)的影响。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为10组,每组8只,分别经尾静脉注射0.9%氯化钠液、脂肪乳、不同剂量丙泊酚和氯胺酮。分别于给药前后各1 min记录大鼠内侧膝状体腹侧核团(ventral medial geniculate body,MGBv)内MLAEP的变化,包括N0、P0、Na、Pa、Nb潜伏期和Pa波幅。结果:静脉注射0.9%氯化钠液、脂肪乳、氯胺酮和0.5 mg/kg丙泊酚对大鼠MLAEP无显著影响;与静脉注射0.9%氯化钠液组相比,静脉注射1 mg/kg以上剂量丙泊酚使Na、Pa、Nb潜伏期延长,并使Pa波幅降低。结论:静脉注射1 mg/kg以上丙泊酚能够剂量依赖性地抑制大鼠MLAEP,而静脉注射氯胺酮则无此效果。Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous injection of propofol or ketamine on mid-latency auditory evoked potential (MLAEP) in rats.Methods:Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 10 groups with 8 in every group.0.9% sodium chloride solution saline,intralipid and different dosage of propofol or ketamine were intravenously injected into tail vein of rats,respectively.Changes of MLAEP in ventral portion of medial geniculate body (MGBv) of rats,including amplitudes and latencies of N0,P0,Na,Pa and Nb waves were recorded 1 min before and 1 min after injection.Results:There were no significant changes in all waves after injection of intralipid,ketamine and 0.5mg/kg propofol.Compared with those in 0.9% sodium chloride solution group,the latencies of Na,Pa and Nb waves were significantly longer and the amplitudes of Pa waves were significantly lower in groups administered with more than 1.0 mg/kg propofol.Conclusions:Intravenous injection of propofol (more than 1.0 mg/kg) can inhibit MLAEP in rats in a dose-dependent manner,while no such effect is found in ketamine.
