超声在肠道及胆道蛔虫症诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声在肠道及胆道蛔虫症中的诊断价值。方法:对87例门急诊初步诊断为蛔虫症的患者进行超声检查,随访。结果:超声检查发现,肠道蛔虫症者81例,胆道蛔虫症者6例;胆道内蛔虫症者胆总管均有轻度扩张,并发胆管炎和胆囊炎者3例,肝外阻塞性黄疸1例。经药物治疗及手术治疗后,患者症状消失,蛔虫排出。结论:超声检查具有迅速方便、可靠性高、重复性强、无痛苦等优点,也是目前诊断胆道及肠道蛔虫症的最有效的影像学方法,能及时有效地指导临床治疗。Objective：To study the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of intestinal and biliary ascariasis.Methods：A total of 87 patients with ascariasis dignosized first in outpatient or emergency department were detected with ultrasound.And they were followed up.Results：Intestinal and biliary ascariasis patients were 81 and 6 respectively by ultrasound examination.Ascaris lumbricoides existed in the biliary tract caused expansion of the common bile.Cholecystitis and cholangitis were found in three patients,extrahepatic obstructive jaundice was found in one patients.After receiving helminthicide treatment or operation,the symptoms of those patients were improved or even disappeared,and ascaris lumbricoides were not found by ultrasound again.Conclusions：Ultrasound can diagnose intestinal and biliary ascariasis quickly,easily,reliably and repeatedly,painlessly,and it is also the most effective imaging diagnosis of intestinal and biliary ascariasis,and can contribute to clinical treatment.
