补脑振痿胶囊对实验性脑缺血大鼠的保护作用及抗动脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨补脑振痿胶囊对实验性脑缺血和动脉血栓形成的影响。方法 :结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉造成急性不完全性脑缺血模型 ,运用补脑振痿胶囊治疗 ,并与偏瘫复原丸作阳性对照 ,观察脑指数、脑含水量、脑血管通透性及动脉血栓形成等变化。结果 :补脑振痿胶囊能减轻大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎形成的急性实验性不完全性脑缺血所引起的脑水肿 ,明显降低脑缺血后脑血管的通透性 ;并能显著延缓因电刺激而致的血管内血栓形成。结论 :补脑振痿胶囊能降低脑血管通透性 ,减轻脑水肿 ,抗血栓形成 ,从而具有治疗缺血性脑中风的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bunaozhengwei Capsule on the ischemia encephalon and thrombosis Method The model of acute incompleteness ischemia encephalon was caused by ligating the rats both common carotid,and the thrombosis was caused by the stimulating electrode,wer treated with Bunaozhengwei Capsule,and controled with Piantanfuyuna pill.Changes of the cerebral index,water content of encephalon,penetration of encephalic blood vessel,and thrombosis were observed.Results Bunaozhengwei Capsule elleviated encephaledema and cerebral index,brought down penetration of encephalic blood vessel,and evidently delayed the formation of thrombus.Conclusion Bunaozhengwei Capsule had the effect of alleviating encephaledema and cerebral index,bringing down penetration of encephalic blood vessel,delaying the formation of thrombus.It could protect the encephalon tissue which was in the state of ischemia.So it could be used to treaded ischemia stroke.
