黄芩汤、白头翁汤、葛根芩连汤对肠道菌株抑菌作用的实验观察

摘　　要：经过对三首经方抑菌作用的实验观察显示 ,黄芩汤对伤寒杆菌等 6种肠道菌株有中敏感度或低敏感度抑菌作用 ,白头翁汤对福氏痢疾杆菌等 3种肠道菌株有低敏感度抑菌作用 ,葛根芩连汤仅对鼠伤寒杆菌一种肠道菌株有低敏感度抑菌作用。通过对三首经方组成配伍和剂量的比较性研究发现 ,黄芩与芍药配伍的抑菌作用优于黄芩与黄连。黄连与黄柏、白头翁、秦皮配伍的抑菌作用 ,每毫升药汁中黄芩的含量与方剂的抑菌作用有一定的关系。The experimental observation on the bacteriostasis of three classical prescriptions indicates:Scutellaria Decoction shows moderate or low bacteriostatic sensitivity to typhoid bacillus and other five enteric Bacilli;Pulsatilla Decoction show low bacteriostatic sensitivity to Shigella flexneri and other two enteric Bacilli;Decoction of Pueraria,Scutellaria and Coptis shows low bacteriostatic sensitivity only to Salmonella typhimurium.The comparative research on the make up and doses of the three classical prescriptions shows:the combination of scutellaria and peony is superior in bacteriostassis to that of scutellaria and coptis,coptis,phellodendron bark,pulsatilla and ash bark.Besides,the content of scutellaria in perml of decoction is,to some extent,related to the bacteriostasis of the prescription.
