摘  要:目的了解本院冬春季腹泻中气单胞菌属的感染情况及其药敏谱。方法首先肠道病原菌选择平板分离培养;其次基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪初步鉴定腹泻患者病原菌,再次用全自动微生物分析仪结合葡萄糖产气反应对单胞菌属进行种鉴定,最后采用GN-AST13药敏卡及纸片扩散法对常用抗生素进行药敏试验。结果从253份腹泻病人粪便中,分离8株气单胞菌属,检出率3.16%,在腹泻病原谱排列第三,21种抗生素药敏试验中有12种敏感,6种存在不同程度的耐药情况,3种完全耐药,临床症状较轻,主要为腹泻和低热。结论气单胞菌属是本院冬春季重要腹泻病原菌之一,出现多重耐药,药敏谱将为今后临床治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the infection status and susceptibility profiles of aeromonas in diarrhea patients in winter and spring. Methods Firstly, enteric pathogenic bacterium were isolated from intestinal selective plate. Secondly, pathogenic bacterium in diarrhea patients were identified by matrix - assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flying mass spectrometry ( MALDI - TOF - MS). Thirdly, species of aeromonas was identified by combination of automatic microbiology analyzer and TSI test. Lastly, antibiotic susceptibility of the isolates were determined by using VITEK 2 GN -AST13 card and disc diffusion method. Results A total of 8 (3.16%) aeromonas strains were isolated form 253 samples, ranking the third in the diarrhea pathogen spectrum. Aeromonas was sensitive to 12 antibiotics from 21 types which were tested, perming varying degrees of re- sistance to 6 antibiotics, and complete resistance to 3 antibiotics. Clinical symptoms of patients was mild, only diarrhea and low fever. Conclusion Aeromonas is one of the most important pathogenic bacteria of diarrhea in winter and spring. The results of antibiotic susceptibility analysis show multi - drug resistance and provide useful basis for clinical treatment.
