摘  要:目的比较肛拭子和咽拭子标本手足口病毒鉴定阳性率和毒株分离率的差异。方法采集2011年常州市手足口病患者的肛拭子及咽拭子标本各240份,用实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链反应(real-time qRT-PCR)的方法进行病毒鉴定分型;用鉴定阳性标本接种人横纹肌肉瘤(RD)细胞进行毒株分离。结果肛拭子和咽拭子标本病毒鉴定阳性标本数分别为166份和122份,阳性率分别为69.2%和50.8%;对阳性标本进行病毒分离,肛拭子标本分离出毒株61株,分离率为36.7%;咽拭子标本分离出毒株30株,分离率为24.6%。两种标本相比,其鉴定阳性率及毒株分离率差异均有统计学意义。结论不同标本来源对手足口病毒鉴定阳性率和毒株分离率存在影响。Objective To compare the positive rates and isolating rate of the hand - foot - mouth disease (HFMD) virus from anal swabs and throat swabs. Methods Two hundred and forty anal swab specimens and 240 throat swab specimens were col- lected from HFMD patients for virus typing by real - time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reac- tion (real -time qRT- PCR). Then the positive samples were inoculated in human rhabdomyosarcoma (RD) cells for virus i- solation and characterization. Results There were 166 samples positive in 240 anal swabs and 122 positive samples in 240 throat swabs, and the positive rates were 69.2% and 50.8%, respectively. Of the positive samples inoculated in RD cells, 61 virus strains were isolated from anal swab samples and the isolation rate was 36.7% ; 30 ;~irus strains were isolated from throat swab samples and the isolation rate was 24.6%. Comparing the samples from anal swabs and throat swabs, both the positive rates and isolation rates of virus had statistical difference. Conclusion The positive rates and isolation rates of HFMD virus are influenced by the specimens source.
