摘  要:中海油(深圳)大厦因市政规划及建筑方案要求,布置竖向抗侧力构件的区域集中于裙房四角,中部区域为两层通高的大跨度空间。鉴于该特殊要求,提出采用型钢混凝土框架-四角筒-双向大跨钢桁架混合结构受力体系。计算分析结果表明,该结构体系是适用于该类建筑功能要求的经济合理方案。参照现有国内外最新研究成果,对该裙房大跨度钢结构部分进行了楼板竖向振动舒适度分析,计算结果表明舒适度对其竖向刚度的要求为设计的控制因素。According to municipal planning and architectural scheme, vertical components of the CNOOC building are arranged in four corners of the podium to resist lateral force and there are two-storey large-span space in the middle region. A new hybrid structure system was put forward and applied, which consists of steel reinforced concrete frame, four cornertubes and two-way long-span steel truss. Calculation and analysis results demonstrate that this new hybrid structure system is an economic and reasonable scheme that is suitable to this special building function. Referring to the latest research achievements from home and abroad, response comfort of long-span steel structure of the podium was analyzed and results show that the requirement of the comfort for vertical rigidity is the main factor in design.
