摘  要:结合杭州火车东站工程,对温差引起的巨型斜柱外包不锈钢幕墙温度应力及其内部钢龙骨支撑的内力效应进行了研究。通过不同季节的现场监测,得到了相应部位的应力、轴力随温度及时间变化的规律。采用ANASYS有限元软件建立了巨型斜柱、幕墙龙骨、不锈钢板的整体模型,计算了不同温差工况下不锈钢板应力及龙骨轴力的变化。通过现场监测及数值模拟的对比研究,验证了该幕墙体系能经受较大室外温度变化,且表面变形不明显,能满足建筑结构的正常使用要求。Study was carried on the thermal stress, internal force effect caused by temperature difference about outsourcing stainless steel curtain wall of the mega steel truss column based on Hangzhou East Railway Station project. The variation rule of stress and axial force in corresponding position of curtain wall system was obtained by site monitoring in different seasons. An entire mathematical model of mega-column, curtain keel and corrosion resistant plate was established by ANASYS, furthermore the stainless steel sheets and steel keels were calculated at different temperature conditions. Through comparative study between site monitoring and numerical simulation, it has been verified that the curtain wall system can withstand the test of ambient temperatures, and deformation of the curtain wall surface system is much small. In general, this curtain wall system has good performance to meet the demand of normal use.
