摘 要:南京青奥中心超高层双塔楼的3层地下室采用全逆作施工。采用大直径杯口形扩顶钻孔灌注桩实现了塔楼外框架钢管柱与桩基的可靠连接,保证了荷载的可靠传递,同时针对钢柱和工程桩提出了严格的垂直度和水平误差控制要求。由于超高层塔楼传给基础的荷载很大,C60超缓凝高强度混凝土和后注浆技术的采用有效地提高了工程桩的承载力,使工程桩能在满足逆作法施工阶段的承载力要求的同时又满足建成后承担全楼荷载的承载力要求。The top-down construction method was used in the three-storey basement of super high-rise twin towers of Nanjing Youth Olympic Center. To achieve the safe transfer of loads and reliable connection of the column and pile, the cup-shaped large-diameter bored piles were originally used in this project. At the same time, the requirements of verticality control and levelness control were strictly proposed for the steel column and the pile. For the huge gravity loads of the super high-rise building transferred to the foundation, C60 super retarding high strength Concrete and the post grouting technology were used. Bearing capacity of pile foundation was significantly improved by the above two methods, and the piles can meet the capacity of top-down construction stage and undertake all floors loads after the completion of the towers.
