高渗盐敷料结合负压封闭引流技术在慢性伤口中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨高渗盐敷料结合负压封闭引流技术在慢性伤口中应用效果。方法将68例因各种原因导致的迁延不愈的慢性伤口患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例，治疗组采用高渗盐敷料为伤口填充材料，以一次性使用胃管为引流管连接负压瓶为患者进行创面负压引流治疗；对照组采用湿性愈合原理常规换药，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组伤口治愈率为91．17％，对照组为70．59％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．66，P＜0．05）；治疗组伤口面积愈合率（92．58±3．68）％，伤口愈合时间（12．15±2．74）d，换药次数（2．25±0．28）次，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为6．034，-14．884，-15．257；P＜0．05）。结论高渗盐敷料结合负压封闭引流技术能够营造有利于慢性伤口愈合的环境，改善局部血供，促进伤口愈合。降低换药次数及费用，提高伤口愈合质量。Objective To explore the effects and application of hypertonic saline dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage technique in chronic wounds .Methods 68 cases with chronic wounds for various reasons, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , with 34 cases for each group.Treatment group were treated with hypertonic saline dressing filling material and with the disposable gastric tube for drainage tube connected to a negative pressure bottle drainage for the treatment of patients with chronic wounds ;the control group used the conventional dressing moist healing theory .The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups .Results The healing rate was 91.17%in the treatment group higher than 70.59%in the control group （χ2 =4.66, P＆lt;0.05）.In the treatment group, the healing area was （92.58 ±3.68）%,and the healing time interval was （12.15 ±2.74）d, and the dressing changing frequency was （2.25 ±0.28）, which were all superior to the control group （t=6.034, -14.884, -15.257, respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions Hypertonic saline dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage technique create a favorable environment for chronic wound healing.It modifies the local blood supply of choronic wounds and promotes the process of wound healing , which reduces the time and cost of dressing changes and improves the quality of wound healing .
