摘 要:在简述甘蔗育种历程的基础上,针对近年来培育的粤糖系列6个甘蔗品种进行系谱分析和核心种质评估,结果表明,所有供试品种的细胞质源均为热带种班扎马新黑潭,其遗传组成源由11个热带种、3个割手密种、2个印度种、3个中国种、1个大茎野生种及高粱共21个基础种质组成。此外,品种CP72-1210、F134、粤糖57-423和粤农73-204等作为主要核心种质,为新品种的培育起到关键作用。这些核心种质及衍生系可供甘蔗育种中选择亲本和配制杂交组合时参考。Based on the the development history and breeding programs for sugarcane, the pedigree of six sugarcane varieties of Yuetang series were analyzed and the core germplasms were evaluated. The results showed that the source of cytoplasm for all varieties was Black Hiram. The basal germplasm was from 21 species including 11 of Saccharum officinarum, 3 of S. spontaneum, 2 of S. barberry, 2 of S. sinensis and 1 of S. robustum, besides Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench. In addition, it is very important to utilize the core germplasm included as CP'72-1210, F134, Yuetang57-423 and Yuenong73-204 for sugarcane breeding. The core germplasm collections and their derived lines should be useful for parent selection for making crossing combinations in the future sugarcane breeding.
