摘　　要：为了使送入轧机的不同规格钢坯的中心线与轧制中心线一致,设计了一种下辊位置可自动调节的新型夹送辊。建立了该夹送辊的力能参数计算模型并进行了验算。A new pinch roll was instructed in this paper. Its position of lower roller is adjustable to make sure the center line of different size billet is consistent with the rolling line. The calculation model of force and energy for this new pinch roll was introduced.
