摘 要:以15年生的枇杷果实为试材,采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)分析测定果实中V、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Se和Mo等9种人体必需痕量元素的质量分数(叫)。结果表明,各元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.003~0.126μg/L,相对标准偏差均低于3.00%;枇杷果实中痕量元素含量存在显著差异,其中Mn、Zn和Fe含量丰富,高于10mg,kgDW;不同品种果实Co、Mo、Se和V等元素的变异系数高于40%:聚类分析结果表明,果实中矿质元素与果实风味品质有明显的相关性。This paper describes a simple method for the determination of trace elements in loquat [Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl.] fruits by using inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP-MS). HNO3 was used to achieve the complete decomposition of the organic matrix in a closed-vessel microwave oven. The contents of 9 trace elements (V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se and Mo) in loquat fruits were determined. The results showed a good agreement between measured and certified values for all analyses. The detection limits of the 9 elements are in the range of 0.003-0.126 μg/L. The methods were suitable to determine the trace elements in the sample of loquat fruits with good accuracy and precision. The trace elements content in the loquat fruits is significant differences in which the Mn, Zn and Fe content are the most abundant elements up to 10 mg/kg DW. The significantly correlation was obtained between the trace elements and fruit flavor quality by cluster analysis.
