摘　　要：分析仿古地板表面加工生产工艺特点,设计一种仿古地板表面加工切削系统,采用一轴多刀的切削机构设计,通过滚珠丝杠导轨滑台实现刮刀在主轴高速运转情况下能够自由随机摆动,保证刮纹在仿古地板宽度方向的灵活多变;同时采用主轴升降机构相组合,保证刮纹深度的随机变化,达到在地板表面上加工出仿古的效果。Process characteristics of archaize floor surface processing is analyzed. Multi-tool and single-axis machining cutting system of archaize floor surface is designed. Ball screw guide slider is used to make the scraper swing freely and randomly under the case of high speed spindle, which can ensure the flexible scratch in antique floor width direction. The spindle lifting mechanism is used to ensure random scratch pattern depth, to work out the effect of archaize on the floor surface.
