摘　　要：:ISO90 0 4- 2是用于医院、医疗保健等服务行业的质量管理标准。本文介绍了 ISO90 0 4- 2的概况、特性及重要质量体系要素与医院医疗质量的关系 ;阐明合理地完成质量体系运作过程是医院取得适当成本和最好效益的基础 ;同时 ,介绍了我院对照 ISO90 0 4-ISO9004 2 is the standards which is used for the services of hospitals and medical care, etc.This article introduces the relation between the survey ,characteristics and essential factors of quality system and hospital's medical service quality. The results reveal that proper cost and maximal benefit are upon the base of the optimization of the courses of carrying out the quality system. Some detailed methods adopted by our hospital also are presented in the article.
