摘　　要：在计划经济体制下形成的传统的设备经费管理模式已越来越不能适应形势发展的需要。在我国国民经济逐渐从计划经济向市场经济转型的过程中 ,必须采用新的设备经费管理模式来适应这种变化 。The traditional management pattern of the equipment's outlay under the planning economic system couldn't meet the demands of increasing development . In the progress of transformation from planning economy to market economy , new administrative pattern should be adopted to match the changes and conquer the abuse of the old one.
