摘　　要：对 型糖尿病并发尿毒症的患者施行胰 -十二指肠 -肾同期联合移植术 ,能治愈糖尿病及纠正尿毒症 ,且改善患者生活质量。作者就手术前后的护理做了总结。护理内容包括术前供体选择、受体选择、心理护理及术后观察要点、并发症的观察、免疫抑制剂的应用 。The operation of pancreas duodenum renal united transplantation not only can cure patients with diabetes mellitus and uremia,but also improve their life quality.We discussed the main nursing techniques of pre operation and post operation,including the choice of donor and receiver,psychological nursing,observation of complications,and use of immunosuppressive.
