充分利用CASHL资源提升广西人文社科研究文献保障能力

摘　　要：对广西各高校外文文科资源的保障情况进行了统计分析,指出广西外文文科资源的保障仍然比较薄弱,需要借助于CASHL这个国家级的文献保障体系来为广西的人文科学工作者服务,介绍了CASHL文献保障体系及其在全国,特别是在广西的使用情况,从转变思想观念、主动获得CASHL支持、提高馆员素质、搞好宣传与培训、实行文献传递补贴、发展潜在用户、培育重点用户等方面提出了充分利用CASHL资源,提升广西人文社科研究文献保障能力的对策。This paper makes statistical analysis on the guarantee of foreign humanity resources in universities and colleges in Guangxi,and points out the opinion of that Guangxi＇s guarantee of foreign humanity resources is still weak, needing the help of CASHL, a national literature guarantee system, to serve Guangxi＇s humanity workers, introduces CASHL literature guarantee system and its application in whole China especially in Guangxi,and puts forward some countermeasures for making full use of CASHL resources and improving the literature guarantee ability for Guangxi＇s humanities and social science research literatures such as changing the perception,obtaining the support of CASHL actively, improving the quality of librarians, doing a good job in publicity and training, subsidising the document delivery, developing the potential users, and cultivating the key users, etc.
